We ask ourselves, who are we to be brilliant, beautiful, talented,& fabulous...who are we not to be

So, Giant is making a new shrink video (lessons about how to prevent profit losses).

 

They made it this morning at our store and asked for volunteers to be in it.  Not only did it mean a couple extra hours of work to add to the pay check but they said we would be a $25 gift card as well.  So I said sure

 

They had a skit where the cashier didn't check the bottom of the cart, one where the cashier didn't know the PLUs for fruits and veggies, one where the cashier activiated gift cards and the customer walked away with them wothout paying (by giving back different gift cards), and one where the cashier was tricked by a quick change artist.

 

I played the cashier with the bottom of the cart issue and the one tricked by the quick change artist.  I was also the customer that stole the gift cards.  There was a nother part where my manager showed me with the security camera about the dog food I missed.

 

All in all it was a lot of fun really.  And then I used my gift card (the one they gave me) to get Callisto's birthday snack for school tomorrow.
